Identity and preparation
The examiner confirms your identity and explains the organisation of the test. You may be asked to check safety related vehicle elements before driving.
Manoeuvring area
Tasks include preparing the car, driving forwards and backwards in the marked lane and moving away on an incline. Training uses the current official assessment rules.
Driving in traffic
The test checks independent use of road rules through intersections, direction changes, pedestrian crossings, parking and turning. The examiner indicates a direction, but the driver remains responsible for safe execution.
When a command is unclear
Ask for repetition if you did not hear it. Never make a sudden unsafe move because an instruction came late. Continue legally and safely when the requested turn is no longer possible.
After a mistake
Not every imperfection ends the exam. If the test continues, return your attention to observation and the next decision instead of replaying the previous moment.
