What a PKK profile is
PKK is an electronic candidate driver profile. It connects the authority, driving school and examination centre, and is required before training can be registered in the national system.
Documents to prepare
You normally need a valid medical certificate, a compliant photograph, proof of identity and the driving licence application. A person under 18 also needs the required consent from a parent or guardian.
Where to submit the application
Submit the documents to the communication department responsible for your place of residence. After verification, you receive the PKK number to pass to your driving school.

What happens next
L Team registers your training, agrees the schedule and begins the course. After completion and your internal exams, the updated profile lets you register for the state examination.
